How long can you go on with exercising 5-6 days a week and eating boring boneless, skinless chicken breasts, egg white omelets and oatmeal?  If you say, "forever", well first, you're lying and second this is not the site you want to be on.  This workout is for realists and naturalists only.

Run? We really don't run anywhere, it's just a metaphor we use for moving.   We move first; we relax; then we eat...good.
Eat?  At the end of every bootcamp class you will Eat (or possibly drink) a small amount of Minky's 'replenish  your engine' food sample.  (This is to deter you from eating crap on your way home or when you get home).   (Example sample:  Roast beef & pepper raw cheese sprouted wrap w/ avocado spread (made w/ full fat yogurt) and lettuce or fresh spinach)

This bootcamp is about revving up your metabolism by exercising hard AND eating ...real foods; then rest & recovery.
